Undersecretary of Telecommunications
 
Currently he is Undersecretary of Telecommunications. During the ‘Lagos age’, he joined the Inter-Ministries Coordination Division of the General Secretary Ministry of the Presidency, as economic regulation advisor until 2002, when he was appointed Head of Division at the Subtel.

Majored in business administration, specialized in Economic Science. He attended the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Universidad de Chile. At present, he is the Undersecretary of Telecommunications.
 
He joined the Government as Telecommunications Advisor of the Markets Development Division, at the Ministry of Economics, rendering such services until 2000.
