He attended Universidad de Chile, majoring as civil engineer.  MBA at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.  Current CEO of Entel Chile S.A., Chairman of Entel PCS, Entelphone and Americatel Corporation.

 

During his professional career he performed, among others, as CEO of Chilquinta S.A. (currently Almendral S.A.); as Chairman of the Public Service Companies Association; as Securities Intendant at the Superintendency of Insurance and Securities, and as Vice-President of the Upper Council of Universidad Federico Santa María.
