He majored in Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he is a “Master of Laws, LL.M.” from the Duke University School of Law, N.C., U.S.A., assistant professor of Economic Law at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Current Vice-President of Legal Affairs of VTR Global Com.

 

He is a member of the Banking and Financing Group / Projects Financing at Carey y Cía. His specialty areas are: real estate, tourism, private companies, telecommunications and social communication media.

 
He worked as associate attorney at Carey y Cía. in 1994-2002. In 1997 he worked at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, San Francisco, California, and in 1998 at Sullivan & Cromwell, New York, USA.
