Current President Chilean Association of Mobile Telephony -ATELMO- and the National Association of Sanitary Services Companies -ANDESS- Socio, Pickering Henríquez y Compañía Ltda. since 2000 to date; Lawyer for companies; Advisor for Sociedad de Fomento Fabril – SOFOFA, and Executive President of the Mining Great Industrial Suppliers Association -APRIMIN-.

 

His long professional career includes being member of the Board of Directors of the Government Railway; Undersecretary of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs; Director of the Santiago Subway; Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works; Attorney Attaché of Valparaíso Potable Water company - Esval S.A.; Attorney of the Potable Water company of Santiago - Emos; Director of Banco del Estado Stock Broker; Advisor to the President of Banco del Estado; Director Municipalities project, Center of Studies for Development - CED; Projects Director, Fundación Eduardo Frei; Associate Estudio Puga, Ortiz y Asociados.

 

Currently he is a Professor of Civil Law at Universidad del Desarrollo; Professor of Civil Law at Universidad Andrés Bello, and Professor of Human Rights at the Carabineros School.
