Chile@prende is a project that started in 2006, which contemplates the delivery to first grade teachers at six schools in Santiago, of a specialized kit containing a laptop, a projector, a piece of furniture plus digital contents. Together with the above, trainings were offered to teachers during the year for the optimal use of material.

This year, our aim is to consolidate the chile@prende project. We will keep accompanying the teachers who participated the first year at the six schools in Santiago.

We will integrate second grade teachers of the six schools we worked with last year in Santiago to the project, in order to have a broader presence in the first cycle of primary education. We will also implement Wi Fi into these grades, in order to strengthen learning and the use of technologies through connectivity.

During the year we will work towards the integration into the project of twelve municipal schools of Valparaíso. The schools are associates to the ‘Educando en la comuna’ project. In order to implement the initiative, we will carry out six training workshops addressed to teachers.
